not sure if this has been covered yet but for anyone jsut starting with this:
-damage packets are usually between 100 and 110
-fall damagea packets (you want to remove thses) are usually around 70
-shock damage (you want to remove this as well) are around 90
-punching is also around 80 or 90 so make sure you dont mix them up with shock damage
