puggry: A variant form of puggree, a light turban or head-covering worn by inhabitants of the Indian subcontinent.

That's not a riddle, it's just some lame ass joke that has double meanings, what would you expect if someone just tried the other meaning, even if you did take the "literal" meaning, parts of it doesn't make sense or add up.
