Teambased as spectator?

I'm having some issues. I've always had with all mods. Whenever I play team based games, I end up in spectator slot, and other players are separated correctly in the two teams. I'm actually put on a team as well, but that doesn't show in the GUI of the game, only the gameplay itself. Like I can't see anyone on the minimap other than that everyone is enemies, also when aiming towards any player, including my "teammates", they are shown as an enemy, but I can't kill them of course.

Do anyone know how to fix this? If anyone these days with these kind of knowledge is still using the forums haha. Well, any help with getting this resolved is greatly appreciated!
