Amazon Account problems with my Entropay card
Tried to make a new account with a virtual prepaid card provider called Entropay as it currently works on redbubble, but can't get it to work on Amazon
So, whenever I try to make an order on Amazon ( I didn't have an account before, so first time setting it up). A friend referred me to Entropay but when I try to pay with my item on Amazon they just put my account on hold, and send me this email:

We have removed your access to this account because we could not confirm your payment information. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information.
To resolve this matter, please send the information below to our secure fax line at:

Does anyone have any ideas what I should do here? Should I make some fake credit card statement to fix this? i heard it works on existing accounts but I want to be able to do this on new accounts.
Couldnt put the links from the email in so just tried to make them make as much sense as possible :)
