Out on injury, give me something to do!
Worked myself out too hard. Here's how:
My sense of work ethic when I work out is a little too strong, so in essence when I had already injured my back due to an incorrect squat, I thus proceeded to bench (still using back, just different sections) instead of isolating my arms alone by solely doing bicep curls and whatnot.
After that, next day I go to fucking batting training. (I play baseball.) I work with my swing, using back, for an hour. Come home, put an ice pack on it.
Pull yet another fucking muscle in back. Can't bend it, hurts like fuck to walk. Now I'm out of weights for two weeks and can't train with my batting instructor for two weeks as well.
Now I'm bored General, give me something to do. =[
TL;DR: Worked out too hard, injured back, still worked out more, injured further, out of workouts for two weeks and need something to do in the meantime. Can't buy FO4 yet sadly.
