Bypass punkbuster - COD4 hacked cvar detected

Hello all,

relatively new to all this but more than able to learn new stuff so please don't think i'm some moron who expects everything handed on a plate.

Using cheatengine I was able to increase the field of view (fov) on cod4 mp beyond the cap of 80 (via two static memory addresses) however when doing so punkbuster flags up hacked cvar detected.

I have no idea whether it is possible or not but can I increase my fov using a more sophisticated means and remain undetected by pb?

i doubt you can bypass pb youll have to be like King-Orgy..
but if you want to just google it:)
