I don't get the point of wasting the time of some innocent close to minimum wage workers who are just trying to get through the day until they get home. Most people SE and refund because it only affects Amazon, a company that has so much money that it won't affect them. Doing this is disrespectful to the actual rep themselves and I don't agree with this.
