Lol, some friend you have there. Cant do anything about that VAC'ed account, so id say buy a new one, or ask your "friend" to repay you.
No matter what, a VAC ban cant be lifted. Once you have a vac ban there is no way of getting un-banned. You could try writing a story to steam support and that still wont work. Sorry mate.
yep, your only possible chance is to contact steam support and say something about what happened. but it's virtually impossible to get a VAC ban lifted.
