League Of Smurfs Appeal - Was Infracted As A mistake-

A customer posted on my thread saying that he purchased an account; but my website was out of stock. I tried to get in contact with him but he's been unresponsive.

I noticed he posted on my MPGH thread so I Quoted his post so that he can get the alert that i've tried to get into contact with him because i don't want to be accused of stealing anyones money and not providing the products and services on my sales thread.

I email him, he hasnt responded, I pm'ed him he hasnt responding only other thing i can think of is the alert him via QUOTE which i did twice just to make sure ive exhausted every option of contacting him.

I was not bumping my thread i was simply trying to get his attention.

Although the infraction reason wasn't the most correct one, I'll give you that, it still wasn't given by mistake. You quoted the said user with practically the same thing twice in the space of 2 hours meaning it wasn't a duplicate post due to forum lag or anything of the sort.

A user such as you who has been on MPGH for 8 months now and has been actively participating on it should be well aware of the rules by now.

Ban is valid. You have quoted the user two times for no valid reason despite being previously infracted for bumping your thread.
Ban reduced to 1 day.
