There are no middleman services at this moment. And don't know if there will be in the future.

Actually, I know what he's talking about. It's just people selling a website that they made which has ads on it, or some sort of way that generates money by the amount of hits on the site. Nothing special, and I almost bought one once, just be careful which one you buy.
