Samsung S8+ Refund

Anyone refunded one direct from samsung? I see Psychotic is offering samsung as well as maybe one or 2 other refunders. Just wondering if anyone has refunded phones from them and if they're usable same as apple (i'd assume so). If not where is the best place to refund an S8? Thanks.

They are not usable as apple. They always investigate and that's their policy. The investigation process can take 15-30 days or more.

I have done them previously for EU, they took me around 7 days. Where will you be ordering from?
