League of Legends is nearly impossible to hack since most of the info is stored on their server, but it should be possible to make a skin hack, so you can see them before they gank you etc, or just remove the FoW, another small advantage would be seeing people in bushes.

PS:This game is free, so don't be scared to test hacks on it, since it takes the same time to get to their website as creating an account.
