noob MPGH Question ?

can any one point me in the direction to where the MPGH titles mean and what they are and how do you get them ???? ( i.e Cock sk, MPGH GM,MPGH GD, Minion FO

Anything with MPGH in front is usually something important to MPGH ..
MPGH GM (GM= Global Moderator)
Minions are basically assistants to Mods of a section.
