I was recently banned for 14 days with an offence of Minor Macroing. I was told not to appeal it as that could worsen the punishment. I am wondering if I will get a roll back or even a cash stack loss. I was botting woodcutting.

I'm sure you'll get a rollback.
And maybe you'll lose money, I guess it depends how intense your botting was.

I've heard of people that got rolled back, and then banned shortly afterwards. Sorry :(
What level is the WC ?
Most likely you will be reset and your bank will be cleared.
