You can't directly hack the titles because those stats are server-sided. And what's that about downloading them? They are in your .iwd files, you don't need to download them.
The only solution I see is too use a trainer to hack in the missions, or maybe you can set them to completed and the the MP version will see that and yhink you got it legit.
I am only anwering because no one else does. I'm not really qualified for this...
Hmm, recommend you to download an Spec Ops trainer and just hack the missions,i dont find any easier solutions. ;)
I'm pretty sure you can't just use a trainer to hack the missions that require 2 people. :(

If there are prestige trainers it should be possible to hack titles and emblems. Someone just has to make it...
