how TO decrypt .dll

hEY GUYS,
i want to just ask How to decrypt the .Dll file.
If pls anyone can help me...

first learn what dll is...
second dlls are not encrypted so they cant be decrypted
third if you are asking for decompilation this is not possble for a c++ dll

De compilation is available for VB.net C# and is not available for Dlls that compiled with C++
So that many coders prefer using c++

C++ is also 'decompileable'. Some Visual C++ programs also use .net Framework.
It's possible to guess the source code of win32 programs, but I don't know if anyone has done it yet.
