someone try that profile bin file from nosteam to steam i need to know if its works i go download nosteam game and pach frofile bin with it

They will not work without the DLC purchased under Steam. They are like the 3 expansion packs skins and heads. You can create item codes for them and unlock them but you can't access them without the season pass or buying the DLC.
