Hi! I have an American Express Prepaid Credit Card with $5 left on it. I wanted to add it on my paypal account, but paypal won't accept it because there is no billing address tied to it. Anybody with a real credit card willing to send me $5 on Paypal for my $5? So far, my card has worked on Google Play, and Amazon. PM or skype me at: ali.varance
You add it on paypal,Visa Prepaid Cards have a website where you can put a zip code,and using the zip code where your located you can enter your address on paypal,check on your American Express Card's site to see if you can do that and youll be able to add it to paypal.
Thanks for the reply! But I don't think I can do it that because it is not a reloadable prepaid credit card but I will give it a shot, thanks!

Yea the one I bought was not reloadable either hmm may I ask how you were able to buy on google play and amazon without billing information?Because Amazon is always tight about billing xd.Quote:

On Amazon I manually typed in some random Billing Address ( because I purchased digital items), same with Google Play. Paypal on the other hand would ask me for a billing address, then say it could not verify the card :(. If you need pictures of the card or a recipt from amazon I can provide if you want.
