Need bypass :(

Well i just did this thread requesting any good bypass or tell me how to use the ones that work for you plz cause any of the bypasses here are working for me
I have:
-Windows Vista 32 bits
-Um run everything as administrator
-PerX (If this injector dont work with a bypass please tell one that works and which bypass is it with a link pls)

If you can help me i would be very thanked
Also if you can suggest me some hacks it would be ok.

I dont think any work atm coz they got patched. I might be wrong though.
