I have 120 fps in capshop <--- Tested with fraps.

Cap shop lags when lot's of caps are bought all at one time, and thanks to the current eurofarm tons and tons of caps are being bought all the time.

meh its the amount of caps being bought, yet cap shop never laggs for me
Your 120 FPS has nothing to do with latency ("Ping lag"). That's only based on you computer performance. (In the cap shop, its usually high because you aren't moving around.)
Your speed is good. Nothing to say about that.
Assuming you are playing from Africa, there can be lag from being too far from the servers.
