Nah some of them that weren't in NA got banned
but you still have some that are not banned?
Had 3 accounts with 50k rp each one and 1 with 200k rp. All of them were in LAN, banned perma :(

Sent an email to riot. Got my account back. I got off the hook. They erased all the rp and IP + the items bought.
If you talk to them they will allow you to pay off the balance (for those of you that only did it once or twice) I managed to get out of it.
