Quarantine Chaos Zombie Mod - How do I remove throwing knife from shop?

I have been hosting this MW2 Liberation mod "Quarantine Chaos Zombie Mod v5" (AKA QCZM) for 2 days and have been trying to remove the throwing knife from the shop for the infected players, but since I know absolutely nothing about coding I couldn't. I would also like to remove the sentry gun from the shop for the survivors if you know how to do that.

And last thing I would like to modify is to add killstreaks to the shop. Please let me know if you can help, or even give suggestions on how to solve this. Thank you.
