i dont think so but i have a hack that unlocks all the Scopes and shit, i didnt get it here dunno if linking to other forum is ok here. just google AA_profile hack its an update from the outdated one here

I did it... Just use the Whole EAM System Upload Let's say level 70 Profile with it
Go on PSE Editor and Put yourself Fifth Level of Prestige.. You'll have 100%Completion, All Emblem,Perk and all that Jazz.. And even if you decide to put the level 45 Player Stats and Change to Prestige 5... You'll gain all the Attachement and Perk Pro everytime you'll get something new Example: M16A1 Unlocked with All Attachement or New Challenge Series will already been completed to the Max...
