Can confirm, I got my BLOD today, in one and a half week. :)

I would go for BLOD first, because the BLOD is so much easier to get and you will need the space for Juggernauth items later on so...

I got the blinding aura on my first turn in of a 'fragment' quest, but for that to happen you'll have to be lucky (very).

I think the droprate is like 0.5-1%.

I tested this but it doesn't work that well, I got a white square on my radar when I clicked on the 'radar' hack. :(

For the rest it seemed fine I think.
