Yerr not many here are real pros. But no the only time anyone can become part of gfx team is when we decide we need another member to help out. Plus you need to be active and help out a lot. Give constructive criticism, make tuts. You have to be good at sig making, even though it doesnt mean much in the way of gfx design but most ppl on mpgh are only interested in sig making.
