Time Travel already exists?

So I was reading through a blog of my favorite blogger, and after watching the movie interstellar he touched upon the theory that time travel already exists.

He covered points such as rules qualifying time travel:
1. Move time forward or backward fast enough for the observer to notice it
2. Shield the observer from the effects of time travel
3. Be able to stop the time travel journey at any time\
He also touched on the theoretical "tacheyon " particle, but mainly focused on the concept of gravitational time which was much pointed out by Interstellar.

I think time travel is interesting, What do you guys think?

i've always been interested in time travel.

everyone else would think it's not real or stupid. i was that kid that thought it was interesting, and somewhat believable to an extent.

Time travel is indeed possible, it is a real thing that is allowed by modern physics. I'm not a professional physicist, so exuse me if there are some errors in my further text:

Let me explain time travel using twin paradox: Let's say there are 2 twins. One of them stays on Earth, another one flies away on a space ship that can travel at near light speed. The twin who is on space ship travels around one year then comes back to Earth. Surprisingly, he finds his brother who stayed on Earth much older than he himself is and that on Earth a few dozen years have passed instead of one.

Time is not a universal constant, it is a property of matter and it can be different for different places. GPS satellites have to compensate for time difference in order to synchronize time, because from their "point of view" time runs slightly slower than down on Earth (so from the Earth observer point of view they are actually a tiny fraction of a second in the "future").

So, grab a space ship capable of travelling close to the speed of light, fly for some time, come back to Earth, that's your recipe for time travel. Or visit an orbit close to a black hole, that'll work too, but make sure not to fall into that beast or you'll be disintegrated into particles.

Gravitational time travel has been known to be a real thing for a long time, but the problem is that humans can't withstand the forces involved. Assuming we could even make our way to an object in space large enough and escape again, it would crush us.

It also only goes one way: the future.

With current technology and knowledge of science at this point it is theoretically impossible, although this doesn't mean we could even find a possible way thats logical later in the future.

Time travel isn't possible, I was never intrigued by it, space-time is like a four dimensional graph, it is a bunch of 3d instances, moving along a straight timeline.
It's like a math graph, theres a bunch points moving along a line, but each one is a 3d space in this case, there is nothing you can do in one 3d space to go to another, its like a 2d person, drawn on a paper, trying to go into another 2d paper, you need to be in 3d to move between them.
