Welp. Paypal has just sent me this notification:

Based on your recent activity, payments you receive from buyers will be in your pending balance and temporarily unavailable. This money will be moved to your available balance and released to you in 21 days (as long as there are no problems with your orders). Tip: See how to get your money faster.

Does this mean ALL payments will take 21 days or can I just get people to send money through friends and family? :3

Well, it tells me on my PP account that it wil stop going into my pending balance (I get same problem) after I make 5 purchases/payments, so just donate like a dollar to a friend 2 or 3 times or even better, donate to here. lol.
