I wouldn't get a better card , you can't really get better value for money atm .
And the gtx970 can run everything max as far as i know . gtx 980 is kinda overkill .

Then I should upgrade other things too along with the GPU.. Because the computer I own is like 3-4 years old (or something like that, lost the real count) and 8GB isn't really enough for newer games when you want to record them at the same time on 60 fps 1080P.

Because I'm "able" to record most games on 720p ultra (Witcher 3 for example) but at some places it drops down to 10-20 FPS..
So, I should actually upgrade more than just GPU. I think my CPU should be fine. Only of I'm going to buy new MotherBoard then I should get new CPU too.
