Can´t Login Anymore

wanted to start the game today .... i started the nwzlauncher pressed game start and then in the login window comes this:
You are not allowed to log in and play this game from this IP or Country.For further information contact our Customer Support.

And on the Website its the same... cant log in....:
Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page.

WTF IS THIS ?????

@xdaoriginalx, they might have IP banned you. Most of times they only apply such a punishment to players that are known for hacking all the time or simply to recurring game's T.o.S. violators. Have you ever violated the game's T.o.S. (and got caught)? If not, are you really german and are you, by any chance, using a VPN or Hotspot Shield?

i used some hacks but that was months ago .... and i didnt get caught
i didnt changed anything... yesterday i was playing , now i came home from work wanted to login and then this <.<
idk why they should ban me...

Sometimes bans are delayed. Did you receive any email from Aeria Games and are you using any VPN or Hotspot shield?

no e-mail.... no vpn or hotspot shield...

EDIT:
ok firstn problem is solved i can log in now again.... i changed my ip
but next problem is i get error 0xe019100c after some seconds ingame...i already changed my mac address but that didnt helped.... any other ideas???

So you did get IP and MAC banned. Anyways, try to do the following:

1. Change your Mac Address (again).
2. Change your HDD's Volume ID.
3. Reboot your computer.
4. Delete all of the XignCode's logs.
5. Delete the local/temporary folder's content.
6. Start the game.
7. Done.

I changed my ip,my mac adress ,my HDD volume ID and I deleted xiconde's logs but nothing... xincode kick me out of the game

That's odd, I guess that's part of the new ban method applied by the GMs. Well, then I suggest you to send a support ticket to Aeria Games about your issue and hopefully it'll be resolved.
