High ranked cheap medicine universities for international students?

My friend is looking for a highly ranked cheap medicine university,as he got high marks in the Edxcel pearson AS& A LEVELS!
So what do you think?

Erm he doesn't mind uni the give high % scholarships.

Its best if you research about this rather than ask on here as I doubt a lot of people know about universities and all..

English ones are really expensive but the grades you get out of the universities and qualifications are exceptional!

Mhm Cheap is good for short term but if he wants to nail a job that pays $$$$$$ then he needs a decent rep university. Not that a cheap college gives less education but thats just how the world works.

If you want cheap don't go to the States. My 4 years tuition is comparable to their tuition for just 1 year.

In Canada, University of Ottawa, University of Western Ontario, University of British Columbia, and McGill University are good Medical schools.

But what are the their prices? Pretty high right?

Its like 50k per year in the States. It's around 50k for all 4 years in Canada. Especially McGill. That one is the best/second best in Canada, and is the cheapest.
