As multiple people been telling you here, you could've wasted tat bit extra money and purchased a xbox one wired controller which is a lot better and will last at least 6-10 years unless you're a psycho who rage quits.

Wired one could be 30-40 Dollars
And Wireless could reach up to 76 Dollars
