I want to do a reset on my Windows but [Need help quickly]

I've been having issues with my Windows 10 as of late, Windows boosts up slowly (while logging in), Photoshop is lagging the fuck out on me and many of the other issues like when I watch Twitch.TV my entire Graphic card drivers crash and recovers like 5-6 times in row, then my browser keeps crashing while watching YouTube videos + now it started having issues when I push replay button (the audio disappears unless I refresh the site) but there's slight issue, I need to back up few folders and its content (YouTube videos, music, some pictures and stuff like that) and all of them are over 70GB

 

I do have a dropb with 1TB but last part takes up to 34 hours to get completed but I need to do reset now.

Should I do a partition for it or something?

Into a drop box it is, then I gotta make a partition because I have only one HDD + it has only 205GB free space which from 100 I wanna do partition of.

I don't have friends who can simply give me an 100GB+ USB nor does my family have it.

Edit: Making an 100GB partition, makes things easier, cos after than then I can use it for recording videos on it right after I've reset my windows entirely.

I would honestly install Win 7 back because Microsoft is full of ******ism with this Windows 10 haha.

It literally is a keylogger, even says in ToS. People need to start reading into these ToS.

I don't think it would be hard for me to make a template to change Win 7 Look to Win10 but keep old Win 7 features. Would be RAM heavy though.
