What's the most underrated anime ever?

What are some of the most underrated anime you guys have seen? I hate getting ready to watch a hyped up series everyone loves and it turns out to be a reused washed out plot and a shitty anime.

No, Cyborg 009 is never included on anyone's list even though it's a pretty iconic anime. The fact that I enjoyed the series but didn't even realize the RE version was out and has been out for two years is also a pretty big factor for why I would say it was the most underrated.
(Also the lack of hype for Devilman v Cyborg 009 movie is pretty daunting).

Personally I think Psycho pass stole too much from other sci-fi to be of interest to me and Parasyte (while good) had audio issues and even it's manga form was still just "good" in the end.

Alright well thanks for critique, I just listed off a few that I though deserved more credit, and Gintama is far better than Naruto/One Piece/Bleach which is why I listed it, even though it's exceedingly popular.

Oh man Mashiro Iro Symphony was pretty underated for a Romance anime but that shit was really good. I remember that me and Rance pretty much only agreed on that and a manga I reviewed a while back.
