Banned by Lobby Tools

So I have been banned by a Lobby Tools user for hacking in a game. I have attempted to use a new steam account and different IP but the game still somehow knows it is me as the game times out the minute I join.

My question is, what other method of detection could the server owners be using to detect who I am if my steam ID and IP have changed?

there is a MW2 modded server lobby thing (Im in Australia) and every time i try to connect, I get server timed out or some bull... I get stuck at loading screen with "Waiting for other players".. then BOOM! ... I haven't tried a vpn or anything yet...

Have you bought a new copy of the game on your new steam account? And btw. changing your ip or using a vpn would do NOTHING in that case.

He definitely is not using @Scoudem 's Lobby Tools. If I am correct, I would believe he is using MW2SA. MW2SA is a tool that allows you to see the players in your game's steam id, IP address, steam name, and will have the ability to Kick/Ban you , if host.
