I'm running pretty low on action anime so I just go to anime sites and pick random 12-26 episode anime but most of them can't satisfy me

I watched most of the ones you mentioned apart from Shakugan and Katanagatari. KlK and BnhA are cancer. Fate is good but I didn't bother watching the fate ilya / kaleid ones. You've got a pretty impressive amount of anime watched. There are about 5 there that I haven't seen yet so i'll give them a try

I can understand the hate for Boku no Hero Academia a little bit, but Kill la Kill ? It was really good up until they changed the entire story to something else.

Fate is good but I didn't bother watching the fate ilya / kaleid ones.

It's basically hentai. Obviously the story matters, but for the most part you're better off reading the manga for anything substantial.
