You could also hit up the currency exchange section in the marketplace however that is not an instant thing.

Unless u can help me instantly within 1 minute of receiving bitcoins, i wont go manually exchange. Im receiving bitcoin payments and bitcoin prices worries me and want to exchange them instantly after its in a bitcoin wallet.

You agree to the terms of an exchange before hand. If you will get this much PayPal for this much Btc and you send him Btc even if it changes midway through he still must send u the agreed upon PayPal amount

I recommend coinbase the limits are a bit annoying tho...

Coinbase is US based, and they're kinda lame when it comes to trading big ammounts and legal stuff.

Bitstamp's EU based, and they're pretty good, usually a bit cheaper than coinbase.

BTC-E's EU based (well, no one really knows where they're based), they're the cheapest but also the less "legit" (even tho they own like 30% of the global trading if I'm correct)
