Not true since bikers have a lot more blind spots then cars so going that fast risks a car from turning and not seeing him

True but then there's a chance to dodge objects that you cannot dodge with a car. In car you can't go between of lanes or to the side, if somebody drives infront of you, you have to break. Going that fast means that if you fuck up, you're dead, and I think It's easier to fuck up in car than on a bike. You don't feel the same in car and on bike, on bike you have that adrenaline rush, you're 100 % focused, in car It's so easy to get distracted.
