hey im helpful i have like 9 threads i helped ppl on

I guess my list would have looked something like this if I was putting a poll together:

Mouzie
Pixie
and myself of course

There are also several people who don't quite meet the requirements(or someone I may have forgotten) but are active, positive contributors to the section and would make great Minions in the future/near future.

It's hard to select people I'm sure. You've got to be a good judge of character or you'll end up picking someone who will abuse their power. People also need to understand it's a privilege, not a right, to be part of the staff. It comes with no compensation other than recognition. I think people have this trumped up view of what it will be like and then they get bored with it. I think it's time for some maturity around here.(So says the guy named ROUGHS3X. I'm in the process of changing it to either ParadoX or HoLLeWooD.)
