Ok first remove the 4 files from the Combat Arms folder like I told SwitchBlade.
You should only place the settings.ini and the hack.asi in there. Rename the .asi file to something like AHN.asi
Also every single one of those debug and dump files you can and should delete. We may need to take a further look at your CA folder.
Make sure your drivers and system updates are up to date.
Just like SwitchBlade I will tell you as well to try THESE settings in your settings.ini file, save them, THEN start CA and run CA as administrator:

MAke sure you followed his directions as you couldn't have done all that so fast.
Also, try restarting, and you can try compatability mode.
Also try with a bypass (like mine)

Well I don't much think that's the issue. I have limited experience with 64-bit XP. You might want to browse through Dave's 2 threads to see what other users are saying with a similar OS. Each OS is having its own set of problems. Also make sure you aren't running any other hacks, a fake hackshield file, etc.

I reinstall CA once a month just for a fresh start, like a habit of mine.

ok ca d/c's and when i had fps on it didnt work i had it off it still didnt work i think its fps because when it was on it said somethin about fps and frame and the rest is a bunch of 0's.plz help!Dont tell me to reinstall CA already tried it.

Does it work if you don't use the FPS function? We know there are some bugs so if you can work everything else you're better off than some people right now.

thats not what im saying i tried it without fps didnt work AND the zeros are at the after movie screen the black part before login screen. IT DOESNT WORK WITH FRICKEN FPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
