OMG!! SOMEONE HELP ME, FAST!!!

OMG!! I recently got a virus on my computer and it wont let me go to any websites!! it took me an hour just to get to this one!!! every time i do a search on google it brings up links to the websites i want to go to. i click the link and it brings me to a whole other different place, every time!!! I really need help.. ive run AVG in safe mode and it is still here... i think the virus was a windows/javascript file... I really need help with this because if my dad has to restore the computer AGAIN he will be very, very, very, very MAD!!!! ahhhhhhhhh! ANY help will be GREATLY appreciated. i will thank you, add to your rep, ANYTHING! as long as i get rid of this stupid virus...!!! THANK YOU!

First, download Spybot S&D.
Here you go:
Download Spybot - Search & Destroy for free - Fileforum

Update it
Run the scan
Kill everything it finds.

If it still doesn't work, follow this easy 6 step process:

1) Go to garage
2) Get hammer
3) Bash the computer in.
4) Blame it on the cat
5) ????
6) Profit!

The scan should take 15-45 minutes based on your computer.
Just make sure you update it fully before scanning.
