Haha I usually choose mine in game because I am like a broken record. Chams/Boxes, No Recoil/Spread, I turn fly on jump once and turn off for a mini super jump, and pickup. EDIT: After you turn fly off you seem to get an extended jump until you log out.

Lol, I use chams/Boxes, no recoil, spread, reload, etc., crosshair, superjump (if its not too high), speed x1 (if it looks legit, and to make it look more legit, I use a mk.48) I don't change anything in game, except if I want to use VJump.
