I'm not so sure he's a good guy. He could be killing Aizen so that he can create the royal key for himself. After all he said he harbors no emotions therefore he won't mind killing his "master".

But yes Aizen has developed to much to die this way.

If he is a good guy then that would be disappointing for me. Don't get me wrong I'd love for him to beat the shit outta Aizen but I like him as a sadistic killer kinda guy.
