Who are u to say people run out of ideas? we all got a imagination, people just dont feel like coding all day... with these kinds of threads u just get ideas that arent realistic to what is possible or its requires ALOT of coding... the rest is already out here somewhere... idk i dont see how this is usefull it will just turn out in noobies baggin for mods they cant code themself cause they are to lazy to figure it out... atleast thats my opinion.. no flame intended i just dont see the point in another thread like this

It may be crappy, and I will just find codes and make my own 'MAP' made of carepackages and stuff, hopefully another guy will make the rest, but I'm having ideas and stuff for this, might be out or something next week if it happens. Though I dont mind if anyone would make another one, just having a project for fun with a friend.

A GTA III mod isnt useless I would make it myself if I had time.
If you guys are bored, try making some fun out of the Medium Artillery. Like me, I made a Napalm Strike (stealth bomber-ish, you can choose the direction and it drops a carpet of 105mm's, predators and 40mms. You'll see it soon in my Custom Killstreaks mod)
