Nextgen1:

• Always leaves smart and well formulated replies
• Knows the rules AND follows them

Archangel:

• I honestly don't know much about him, however, i've heard that he handles his section quite well

Glitch:

• I'll admit that I am being a tad bit biased with this one
• Vincent (when he has internet) is more than capable of being extremely active and handling almost any situation on the forums

i say ali since i never Saw Nextgen . seriously he doesnt go out of "his" sections . i also think a GM should be known .
