Yeah some people did, and I think they should get a second chance, but the problem is, if you dont transfer it, people will continue to hack until they get banned again. If you transfer it, it will stop a lot of people from doing it in the first place.

Look, all they need is a good anti cheat. With that, there is barely any hackers.

There is no way they can implement a real anti cheat into the game. So long as there is good admins, and the ability to just get rid of them (the hackers), then we wont have to worry much about it. I say transfer the list because kids will never learn until they are actually punished. They will continue abusing the alter-teams hard work, so they can "pwn noobs" or whatever excuse it is kids use to justify hacking.

And this site isnt just full of hackers. There are other things that people come here for.

no as there is no real way they can implement one. VAC is out of the question, and so is PB. They would have to make their own custom Ac to get it to work. And that is more work than needed.

Just to clarify, we will never make a AC for aIW and there is a huge number of reasons why not.

Exactly. It sucks that someone can get banned for jst one suspicious kill, or a decent streak, but its what you get when you dont even pay for the game.
