Ahem, theres an appeals section on the aIW forums.
As for changing XUID, that, I will not reveal
If your appeal is denied, and I'ts your 1st offense, its a 1Month ban.
Second offense, might as well buy the game buddy.

To clear up some confusion, "reviewed ALL" means that there was a lot of videos/cheaters in that report and the poster just wanted to say that every(one) was checked.
