WE COULD:

1. Not allow hack makers to make hacks for an amount of days.
2. Not allow hack makers to add some VIP hacks features.
3. Not play CA arms and go on a CA strike. [Doubt this would work]

Like say you need 25 post to get into the hacks section
expect mass spam from people and expect the mods to start banning thousand of people and then MPGH dies.
It's not a good idea
i suggest having a release date of VIP hacks every two months or so.
But other then that people will still always bitch and cry so there no reason.
