My recommendaton is always to buy your own parts and put them together. If not then you could go with velocitymicro, I just switched from one, even though it was four years old it still did work. Gave it to my parents to use, the pc I'm using currently can run any game on high settings and i put it together myself for under 1000 dollars.

This thread is so full of fail it hurts my head.

1. CoD is NOT a hardcore game. It is running off a modified Quake engine, meaning its lightweight and designed for speed over realistic graphics. Playing CoD on high is NOT something to brag about.
2. Building a computer is not hard. I could teach someone everything they need to know to build some easy basic computers in one afternoon. The allusion that building computers requires you to be nerdy and smart is quite old now.
3. Alienware is trash. 10K for a computer? Thats nonsense. For 3K I could build a computer that would outperform the alienware, and even look nicer. FFS, 10K for a computer and it doesnt even have decent water-cooling is nonsense.
