    Well, we need more infos. Dump a dxdiag log regarding your hardware. It might just be a fragmented slow piece of shit harddrive and mass of unneeded processes & services consuming system resources.

    Press you're windows key and r at the same time a box will appear type msconfig and then press enter goto startup and disable all unnecessary programs.
    That will help a bit.
