No Lag Fly Hack

I havn't seen any flyhacks ever since nexon made you have to call PushToConsole in a d3d render function. So heres my solution:

Globals:

bool fly = false;

In d3d render function:

if(/*   Fly Hack Bool  */)

	{
		if(fly == false)

			fly = true;
